  • Open Level Yoga

    A class for all levels of practitioner. Each class is geared to meet the specific needs of each participant. The class includes movement and breath work that is adaptable to all.

  • YogaDance

    A music driven class that transitions from asana to asana with grace and style, resembling a dance.  It opens up the possibilities of movement and exploration of what our bodies can do.  It is a vibrant form of movement that is open to all. 

  • Gentle Yoga

    A soothing, relaxing practice to heal the nervous system, gently energize the body and open the heart. Perfect for all levels, and a lovely entry level class for beginners, as well as a necessary addition for anyone dealing with the pressures of life. Note this class meets in person at 5600 N. Kimball on Saturdays and is Online on Sunday.

  • Livestream Chair Yoga

    Designed for anyone who desires a strong practice without so much standing. Chair Yoga is a way to stretch and strengthen the body, for those with limitations that prevent getting up and down from the floor, or are working with injuries, or are looking for a way to incorporate yoga in a new form. The class progresses from the chair to standing (using the chair for support) and back to sitting again. This is a great class for anyone of any level. Please note this class is Online only.

  • Livestream Chair Fit/Yoga

    It’s a party! Join the fun and get fit. Each class provides a complete workout with strength training, stretching, cardio dancing, balancing and relaxation. Choreographed to awesome music, each class is a little different and fun. Class begins and ends sitting with several minutes of standing movement as well. Open to all levels. Please note this class is Online only.

  • Yogassage

    A popular therapeutic body treatment of passive yoga stretching, acupressure, Reiki, traditional massage, and tension release. It’s similar to Thai Yoga Massage, but with a focus on your specific needs. Yogassage helps to calm the nervous system, facilitating healing throughout the body, as well as release the clusters of tension in the muscles, and inflammation in the body. Sessions are done fully clothed, on a massage table, and they last about an hour. You will leave feeling soothed, refreshed and super relaxed.

  • Bliss Package

    Ready to be Blissed Out?

    The Bliss Package is a 60 minute session that includes:

    20 minutes of passive stretching of the full body 

    20 minutes of infrared sauna blanket therapy

    20 minutes of head, full back and neck massage 

    The session is done fully clothed on a comfy massage table and is customizable to your specific needs.
